1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of 555mm ("the Platform"), including all features, games, promotions, and services made available through 555mm.pro. By creating an account, logging in, placing a bet, or otherwise interacting with the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately. 555mm reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Eligibility Requirements

To register and use 555mm, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria without exception. 555mm reserves the right to request documentary proof of any eligibility condition at any time.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the Platform.
• You must be a natural person and not acting on behalf of another individual, group, or entity.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and keep it up to date.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register, and you must not have a pre-existing gambling addiction that makes continued use inadvisable.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 555mm or any affiliated company.

3Account Registration and Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 555mm platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed without notice, with any associated balances forfeited. To register, you must provide a valid mobile number, a unique username, and a secure password.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Never share your username or password with any third party.
• All account activity carried out under your credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorized it.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact [email protected] immediately and change your password without delay.
• 555mm reserves the right to suspend or close any account if fraudulent, suspicious, or irregular activity is detected.

Accounts that remain inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of ৳100, deducted from the account balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the holder.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

555mm supports fast and convenient deposits and withdrawals through Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking and digital payment services. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform.

• Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and selected major bank transfers. 555mm does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method at all times.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum limits may apply depending on your account tier and verification status.
• All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests submitted before 6:00 PM BST (UTC+6) are typically processed within 24 hours on business days.
• Funds deposited into your 555mm account must come from a payment account in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned and the account being reviewed.

555mm is not responsible for delays, failures, or additional charges imposed by third-party payment providers. If a transaction fails due to incorrect details provided by the user, the Platform bears no liability for any resulting loss.

5Bonuses and Promotions

555mm offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any additional terms stated in the specific promotion.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. Unless stated otherwise, the default wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and may only be used in accordance with the terms of the specific offer.
• 555mm reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players may only participate in each promotion once unless explicitly stated otherwise. Using multiple accounts, referrals, or any other method to abuse promotional offers will result in account suspension.

6Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on 555mm are governed by the general betting rules set out in this section, as well as any game-specific rules displayed within the relevant game or sports market. In the event of a conflict, game-specific rules take precedence.

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled, altered, or reversed by the player.
• 555mm reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were posted in error, where the error was obvious and material to the outcome of the wager.
• Winnings on cricket betting markets, including BPL, IPL, and international T20 matches, are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB). In the event of abandonment or a tie, bets will be settled according to the specific market rules in force at the time of the event.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems. 555mm does not manipulate game results and all providers are subject to independent auditing standards.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 555mm platform. Any breach of this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

• Any form of fraud, including use of stolen payment credentials, identity fraud, or deliberate chargebacks.
• Collusion with other players, use of bots, automated betting software, or any technical device that gives an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use the Platform to process proceeds of criminal activity.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses, circumvent limits, or evade restrictions placed on a prior account.
• Any conduct intended to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform's systems, servers, or databases.

555mm actively monitors for prohibited conduct using automated and manual review systems. Detection of any prohibited activity will result in all affected accounts being closed without prior notice and all associated funds being frozen pending investigation.

8Responsible Gaming

555mm is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We believe gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a financial strategy or a way to resolve personal problems. We provide the following tools to help players stay in control.

• Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Time-out and self-exclusion: You may request a temporary time-out (24 hours to 6 weeks) or a longer self-exclusion period. During exclusion, your account will be suspended and you will not receive any promotional communications.
• Reality checks: Optional session reminders can be enabled to notify you of the duration of your gaming session at regular intervals.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the 555mm platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, software code, promotional materials, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of 555mm or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without express prior written permission from 555mm. Any unauthorized use constitutes an infringement of our intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 555mm, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to the following.

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential financial losses arising from betting or gaming activity on the Platform.
• Service interruptions, technical errors, connectivity failures, or data loss caused by circumstances beyond 555mm's reasonable control, including force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including failure to secure your account credentials or to update your registration details.

11Privacy and Data Protection

555mm is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all users. We collect and process personal information solely for the purposes of operating the Platform, verifying user identity, processing transactions, and complying with applicable regulatory and anti-money laundering obligations. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

12Amendments to These Terms

555mm reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason. When material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically and remain informed of any changes.

Your continued use of 555mm after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revision, you must cease using the Platform and contact us to close your account.

13Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies determined by 555mm. 555mm aims to resolve all user complaints fairly and promptly.
